Welcome to QUIGO EXPRESS LOGISTICS. By using our logistics and delivery services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Definitions
Company refers to QUIGO EXPRESS LOGISTICS, its agents, employees, and representatives.
Client or Customer refers to any individual or organization using the Company’s services.
Goods refers to items, parcels, or packages entrusted to the Company for transport or delivery.
Services means any logistics, courier, freight, or delivery service provided by the Company.

2. Scope of Services
The Company provides logistics and delivery services within Nigeria. Services may include same-day delivery, scheduled deliveries, interstate transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.

3. Booking and Acceptance
All service requests must be properly documented via our official booking platform, mobile app, or other customer service channel.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its discretion.

4. Prohibited Items
Customers must not send any of the following:
- Hazardous or flammable materials.
- Illegal or banned substances.
- Weapons or ammunition.
- Cash, jewelry, or other high-value items unless declared and insured.
- Perishable goods (without prior agreement).

5. Packaging and Labeling
Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are securely and appropriately packaged.
Improperly packaged goods may be refused or transported at the sender’s risk.
Each package must be clearly labeled with destination address, contact number and contact name.

6. Delivery Timeframe
While the Company strives to meet delivery timelines, time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays shall not constitute grounds for refund or liability unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Liability and Insurance
The Company’s liability is limited to the declared value of the goods.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss.
- Loss or damage caused by improper packaging.
- Delays due to acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Claims and Complaints
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
Supporting documents such as proof of value and photos may be required.
Claims filed after the deadline will not be considered.

9. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless a written credit arrangement exists.
Unpaid balances may result in service suspension or legal recovery action.

10. Right to Inspect
The Company reserves the right to open and inspect any package suspected of containing prohibited or undeclared items.

11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our official website or platform.
